Description
The Knox County Procurement Division is seeking bids for the printing of calendars. The successful bidder will be responsible for managing all printing and production of the calendars, contacting local businesses to gather support, collecting funds and sponsor's artwork, providing or assisting in finding a qualified photographer, and distributing calendars to sponsors. The bidder must have at least five years of experience printing calendars for fundraising purposes and must provide three references of similar work completed in the last three years.
• The contract will be for one year, with possible extensions up to five years.
• The bidder must be able to provide available resources and necessary equipment to produce the calendars.
• The bidder must provide proofs of the calendar design before printing and print the entire calendar in full color.
• The bidder must distribute calendars to all sponsors with a "Thank You Letter" and provide additional calendars directly to the client at no cost.
