Description
The University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) is soliciting a single vendor to provide comprehensive grounds‑maintenance services for a wide array of campus buildings, parking lots, and landscaped areas. The contractor must perform daily/weekly mowing, trimming, litter removal, and general upkeep, ensuring no more than seven days elapse between service visits. The contract is a one‑year base term with the option to extend for up to two additional one‑year periods, totaling a possible three‑year engagement.
