Elevator Preventive Maintenance and Emergency Call Back Service for the Indian Health Service (IHS) Gallup Health Medical Center based in Gallup, NM

The Indian Health Service (IHS) intends to award a sole-source contract to TK Elevator Corporation for elevator preventive maintenance and emergency call back services at the Gallup Health Medical Center in Gallup, NM. The contract will include monthly inspections of six elevators, preventive maintenance work, and emergency services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The contractor will also be required to provide a complete Statement of Work, train and provide recommendations to the maintenance staff, and comply with hospital policies and regulations. The period of performance will be for a base year with options for three additional 12-month periods.
