Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (IRMS)

The USGS Woods Hole Coastal & Marine Science Center is seeking to purchase an Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry (IRMS) system. The system should include an IsoTOC Analyzer and components, IsoTOC Training, Ion Gas Chromatograph, IsoPrime IRMS, lyticOS Software License, and Consumables Kit. The delivery date is 60 days after receipt of order. The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be awarded the contract. • The IRMS system must meet the salient characteristics specified in the attachment. • The contractor must provide a technical description of the items being offered, including product literature or other documents. • The contractor must provide a completed copy of the representations and certifications at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-3. • The contractor must provide past performance information, including recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar items.
