Engineering Services for Legacy Trail Extension (LTE) Overpass at Tuttle Avenue

The opportunity is for professional engineering firms to provide planning, designing, permitting, and construction bid support for a new pedestrian overpass at Tuttle Avenue as part of the Legacy Trail Extension. The selected firm will be required to comply with various federal and state regulations, including those related to lead-based paint, Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act. The firm will also be required to provide a Human Trafficking Attestation at contract execution. • The project is funded in whole or in part by Community Project Fund Grant funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). • The selected firm will be required to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in Attachment A, including those related to breach of contract, termination, and rights to inventions made under the contract. • The firm will be required to provide a certification regarding the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment and to comply with the requirements of Section 6002 of the Solid Waste Disposal Act. • The firm will be required to provide a preference for the purchase, acquisition, or use of goods, products, or materials produced in the United States.
