Description
The Vermont Air National Guard is seeking a contractor to provide lodging services for the Regularly Scheduled Drill (RSD). The contract will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract, and the contractor will be required to provide fully furnished units that meet the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contract has several performance periods, including April 29 - May 4, 2026, June 5 - 8, 2026, and August 5 - 10, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide cleaning services, security measures, and other amenities as outlined in the PWS.
• The contract is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 721110.
• The contractor will be required to provide a quote that includes all factors in the 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors.
• The Government will evaluate the quotes based on technical capability, past performance, and price.
• The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous to the Government.
