Description
The FAA is seeking an 8(a)‑certified small business to provide comprehensive janitorial services at several FAA facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price award with a one‑year base period and four one‑year option periods, totaling up to five years of service. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and green cleaning chemicals, adhere to strict cleaning windows (often overnight), and comply with wage determinations and security clearances. No additional clarifications will be issued; all requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work and Frequency Charts.
• Locations: SLC ATCT/TRACON, SLC ARTCC/CCF/NEMC (office space), NCE SSC (office space)
• Scope: Daily cleaning, window cleaning, trash/recycling removal, restroom servicing, specialty areas (BBQ/picnic, childcare center)
• Hours: Primarily 12:01 AM‑6:00 AM for operational areas; window cleaning Mon‑Thu 8 AM‑4 PM; CCF cleaning 6 PM‑5 AM, 5 days/week
• Requirements: Green‑clean product approval, central vacuum usage where provided, Tier 1 non‑sensitive security clearance, compliance with Wage Determination WD 2015‑5489 Rev 31
• Contract value: Approx. $3.6 M total for incumbent (5‑year); new award expected in similar range
