Falcon Dam Field Office Admin Building Janitorial Services

The International Boundary and Water Commission is seeking a price quote for Janitorial Services for the IBWC Amistad Field Office located at the Falcon Dam Site, 1 Reservoir Road, Falcon Heights, Texas 78545. The services will be performed two days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays) excluding Federal Holidays. The contractor will be responsible for cleaning various areas, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and recreation halls. The contractor must provide all labor, material, equipment, subcontract, supervision, and management to perform the requirements of this Statement of Work (SOW). Some key aspects of the job include: • Cleaning approximately 5000 sq. ft of the New Operations and Maintenance Building • Cleaning two restrooms, one located at the mechanic shop and the other at the wood shop • Cleaning one employee break room located at the wood shop • Cleaning two rooms at the Recreation Hall • Cleaning two restrooms at the Recreation Hall • Waxing the floor at the Recreation Hall twice a year • Emptying trash cans and replacing plastic bags • Dusting desks, copy machines, cabinets, tables, and appliances • Sweeping and mopping floors • Cleaning windows and window blinds • Cleaning restrooms and shower/locker rooms
