The U.S. Embassy in Bangkok is seeking a contractor to provide internet services, including a dedicated leased line and circuitry, for a period of one year with three optional one-year extensions. The contractor must provide premium quality internet with a guaranteed speed of 500/500 MBPS, install the service at the embassy, and ensure 99.9% availability. The contractor must also provide technical support and maintain the circuit. • The contractor must have at least 7 years of experience in the ISP industry. • The contractor must not be a re-seller, broker, or third-party. • The contractor must provide a Data Service Unit (DSU) configured with a Data Communications Equipment (DCE) interface. • The contractor must ensure that the circuit complies with service changes, additions, or deletions as required under this contract.
