AN41--Dry Ice Delivery Services - VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking sources for dry ice delivery services to the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The contractor will be required to deliver dry ice on a weekly basis and provide rental services for three dry ice bins. The contractor must be able to deliver emergency orders within 6 hours of receipt of order. The period of performance is 12 months from the date of award of the contract plus 4 option years, if executed. • The contractor shall provide dry ice for the Department of Medical Research located at the VA Greater Los Angeles Hospital and associated locations. • The contractor must be able to deliver emergency orders within 6 hours of receipt of order. • The contractor is responsible for correcting any issues immediately that are covered under the contract. • The contractor must upload all invoices with the associated Proof of Delivery for invoices related to products delivered.
