Description
The City of Merced seeks a qualified professional consultant to provide low‑volume, as‑needed support for its legacy Central Square Naviline ERP system running on an IBM iSeries platform. The contractor must supply a single dedicated resource for a five‑year term, handling application troubleshooting, minor custom RPG II/FREE module updates, ad‑hoc reporting, and coordination with the ERP vendor, without any hardware, infrastructure, or 24/7 support responsibilities. Compensation is based on a single hourly rate submitted for each contract year, with no differential rates allowed.
