Description
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development is seeking proposals from qualified Master Contractors for the renewal of manufacturer-authorized NetApp hardware support and maintenance services for existing NetApp FAS2720A systems. The scope of this procurement is limited strictly to support and maintenance renewal and does not include new hardware, software, installation, migration, training, or professional services. The contract term is from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.
• The contractor must be an authorized reseller and support provider of NetApp.
• The contractor must provide manufacturer-authorized hardware support, parts replacement, and access to NetApp advisory support services.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable State IT security, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
• The pricing must be firm-fixed and remain valid for at least 90 calendar days after the proposal due date.
