Description
The State of Vermont, through its Department of Buildings and General Services, is seeking a qualified vendor to provide low‑voltage voice, data, video cabling and building security system services for all state agencies. The work includes installation, testing, documentation, and ongoing maintenance of CAT‑5E/CAT‑6 cabling, fiber, CCTV, card‑access, and intrusion‑detection systems, with strict response‑time requirements for security‑system failures and compliance with TIA/EIA‑568B and BICSI standards. The contract is a two‑year base period with up to three one‑year renewal options, and bids must be submitted electronically as a single PDF ≤ 40 MB.
