Description
The North Carolina Department of Revenue is seeking bids for janitorial services for the Greenville Service Center location. The contract will have an initial term of one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. The vendor will be responsible for providing efficient and professional janitorial services, including general cleaning, quarterly services, semi-annual services, and annual services. The vendor must also provide a performance guarantee in the form of a performance bond or an alternative guarantee.
