The City of Cleveland is seeking a contractor to provide lawn care services to approximately 100 private residences per month for 8 total cuts per residence and 1 leaf cleanup. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, fuel, and service necessary to provide lawn maintenance, including grass cutting, trimming, leaf pickup, and general lawn care. The contractor must have at least three years of experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance and must provide proof of liability insurance. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year.
