Full and Open Competition for Outside Runway PAPI, Vance AFB

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to replace the Outside Runway Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) systems at Vance Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The work includes the installation of new PAPI lights and associated infrastructure, as well as the removal of existing PAPI lights.
