City Hall Office Additions

The City of Grand Junction is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified contractors to convert existing conference rooms into office space at City Hall. The scope of work includes removing doors and framing, patching drywall, removing cabinetry and wallpaper, and installing new ceiling grid and tiles. The project requires all labor, equipment, and materials to be provided by the contractor. The project is expected to be completed by December 31, 2025. • The contractor must verify all dimensions and scope of work prior to submission of quotes. • The contractor must attend a non-mandatory pre-bid site visit to inspect the site and seek clarification regarding the contents of the Request for Quote. • The contractor must provide all necessary insurance coverage, including worker's compensation, general liability, and comprehensive automobile liability. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations. • The contractor must provide a price quote schedule that includes all labor, equipment, and materials.
