Description
The City of Cochran is seeking design-build services for a new 10-unit nested aircraft T-hangar project located at the Cochran Airport. The project involves the construction of a new T-hangar with 10 units, and the city is looking for qualified companies to submit proposals for the design and construction of the project.
• The project is expected to be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the notice to proceed.
• A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be held on March 24, 2026, at 10:00 AM via video webinar.
• Bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required.
• Contract security in the form of 100% performance and payment bonds will be required.
• Bidders must submit bids for all bid items.
