Request for Qualifications for Professional Accounting, Auditing, Third Party Administration and Consulting Services for Oversight and Compliance for the Rural Health Transformation Program

The Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to provide professional accounting, auditing, third-party administration, and consulting services for oversight and compliance of the Rural Health Transformation Program. The contractor will assist the state in developing policies and procedures, establishing eligibility verification procedures, designing application processes, and providing consulting services to support the delivery of federally funded healthcare programs. The contractor must have at least 10 years of experience providing accounting, auditing, and advisory services to government entities on compliance with federal grants and 10 years of experience providing consulting services supporting the delivery of federally funded healthcare programs. • The contract term will be 7 years with annual renewals as needed. • The contractor must have no conflict of interest in representing the state. • The contractor must carry a level of insurance to cover errors and omissions, improper judgment, or negligence. • The contractor must agree to execute the attached sample contract by January 9, 2026.
