Description
This opportunity is for Ground Maintenance services at Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the contract. The scope of work includes grounds maintenance, tree trimming, and other related services. The contract is anticipated to be a firm-fixed-price contract with a period of performance of 5 years. The contractor will be required to provide a capabilities statement, information requested, and answers to all questions indicated.
