The City of Asheville is seeking qualified engineering firms to provide comprehensive design, assessment, permitting, and construction‑administration services for the repair and replacement of roughly 50 storm‑water infrastructure sites damaged by Hurricane Helene. The work includes damage assessments, detailed design of pipes, catch basins, head/end walls, and storm‑water control measures, preparation of FEMA‑compliant documentation, permitting, cost estimating, and oversight of construction activities across multiple simultaneous locations. • Assess and design repairs/replacements for ~50 storm‑water sites (≈2,600 ft of pipe, head/end walls, SCMs). • Produce FEMA Public Assistance‑ready documentation, hazard‑mitigation analysis, and cost‑benefit studies. • Manage permitting, utility coordination, construction‑admin, and post‑construction close‑out for multiple concurrent projects (Projects A‑C).
