Cisco Hardware and Software Support (SMART Net Total Care)

The West Virginia Lottery Commission is seeking a vendor to provide Cisco Hardware and Software Support, specifically SMART Net Total Care, for their agency-owned Cisco products. The contract will be for one year, and the vendor must be a licensed reseller of Cisco. The scope of work includes providing extended service agreements, registering all Cisco hardware with Cisco SMART Net Total Care, and providing 24-hour direct access to the Cisco Technical Assistance Center. The vendor must also provide replacement parts within a specified timeframe and ensure that all devices are co-termed with a contract awarded for one year. • The contract includes various Cisco devices, such as firewalls, switches, and routers, which are listed in Exhibit B. • The vendor must provide a pricing page with an overall total cost amount. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the lowest overall total cost amount. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. • The vendor must provide a copy of any software terms and conditions or licenses that the State of West Virginia or the Agency will have to agree to or accept as part of this solicitation.
