• Installation of new underground double‑wall fuel storage tanks and full fuel distribution system (piping, vents, sensors, control panels).
• Construction of a new concrete fuel island with canopy, lighting, CCTV, and card‑reader infrastructure.
• Required civil work: excavation, shoring, back‑fill, asphalt restoration, utility trenching, and erosion‑control measures.
• Environmental compliance: soil/water sampling, tank‑closure report, and adherence to Maryland Department of the Environment regulations.
