6515--Pentax Nasolaryngoscope for Durham VAMC

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6, intends to award a sole source purchase order for a Pentax Nasolaryngoscope to be used in support of Radiation Oncology operations at the Durham VA Medical Center in Durham, NC. The required equipment is the UltraSlim HD Nasolaryngoscope from Pentax Medical. • The period of performance will commence upon receipt of the required items and will continue for the duration of the base period as outlined in the forthcoming award documentation. • The notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, but any business that believes it can meet these requirements and possesses relevant past-experience and expertise may give written notice. • Responses will be considered by the Government, but a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
