Conveyance Systems Maintenance

The Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) is seeking proposals for the maintenance of conveyance systems at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). The conveyance systems include approximately 100 units of elevators, escalators, lifts, and moving walkways. The successful proposer will be responsible for providing all-inclusive maintenance, repair, and replacement services for KCAB's conveyance systems. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew. The proposer must have experience with conveyance systems maintenance, particularly at airports with 24/7 operations. Key aspects of the job include: * Maintaining the conveyance systems in proper adjustment and safe operating condition * Providing scheduled systematic examinations, adjustments, testing, cleaning, and lubrication of all machinery * Performing emergency recall and emergency power system tests * Conducting annual quality control evaluations to ensure services are properly executed * Maintaining a complete permanent record of inspections, maintenance, lubrication, daily walkthroughs, and callback services * Providing sufficient personnel to keep the conveyance systems in proper adjustment and safe operating condition * Utilizing the KCAB CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to enter all service, maintenance, and repairs into a work order describing the work completed, hours involved, and parts used on each unit.
