Description
The State of Louisiana, Office of State Procurement, is soliciting bids for the provision of Uniform Badges and Unit Insignias to the Department of Corrections (DOC). The contract is for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for two additional 12-month periods at the same price, terms, and conditions. The total contract term cannot exceed 36 months.
• The contractor must provide new, never previously used, and current model products that meet the specifications contained in the solicitation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, including those related to civil rights, disabilities, and energy efficiency.
• The contractor must provide descriptive information, such as illustrations and technical data, to evaluate the quality, suitability, and compliance of the products with the specifications.
• The contractor must submit bids online via the LaGov vendor portal, and must be registered in the LaGov vendor system to submit an online bid.
