10th & Flower Park

The City of Santa Ana, Public Works Agency, is seeking bids for the construction of the 10th & Flower Park. The project includes excavation, grading, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete and Portland cement concrete, fencing, utility connections, site lighting, and site drainage, irrigation, and landscaping. The contractor will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including the Uniform Building Code and the City of Santa Ana's Municipal Code. The project requires a California Class "A" contractor's license. Some key features of the project include: * Grading and excavation work to prepare the site for construction * Installation of new utilities, including water, sewer, and storm drain lines * Construction of new sidewalks, curbs, and gutters * Installation of new landscaping, including trees, shrubs, and groundcovers * Installation of new irrigation and drainage systems * Construction of a new parking lot and accessible pathways The City of Santa Ana is seeking a qualified contractor to perform the work, which is expected to take approximately 160 working days to complete.
