Memphis Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking a contractor to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services for the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC). The contractor will be responsible for providing all supervision, administrative and technical support, equipment, labor, management, materials, personnel, subcontractors, supplies, tools, and transportation to perform the required services. The services include grass cutting, edging, plant and shrub pruning, cultivation and mulching, fertilization, weed eradication, and other tasks to maintain the grounds in a healthy and well-manicured appearance. The contractor will also be required to provide a Quality Control Plan and to perform Quality Control inspections. The contract will be for a base period with an option period. Some key points to consider include: • The contractor must have experience in managing facilities of similar magnitude and scope. • The contractor must provide a fully trained staff on the first day of contract performance. • The contractor must have a Quality Control Plan in place to ensure quality at every stage and for every task. • The contractor must provide two past performance profiles working on projects of similar size, scope, and complexity. • The contractor must demonstrate an understanding of the required services and the ability to perform them.
