Description
The Haddonfield Board of Education is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive substitute‑teacher staffing services for all district schools. The contractor must handle recruiting, hiring, credential verification, background checks, training, placement, and reporting, and must supply an unlimited‑access web‑based placement and time‑clock system. The contract runs through June 30, 2023 with an anticipated renewal for the 2023‑2024 school year, and the award must be made within 60 days of receipt.
• Provide full‑cycle substitute staffing (recruit, screen, hire, train, place, track).
• Deliver a web‑based placement/absentee‑management system with automated time‑clock and monthly reporting.
• Meet experience thresholds (services to ≥ 10 districts, ≥ 5 large K‑12 districts) and comply with extensive NJ statutory, insurance, and certification requirements.
