Description
The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of two new gas combi ovens for the Mountaineer Challenge Academy North Dining Facility. The ovens must meet specific requirements, including being stainless-steel gas combi ovens with wire shelving, having a minimum of four cooking modes, and including an anti-microbial door handle and Wi-Fi-enabled control panel. The vendor must deliver the ovens inside the building, uncrate the units in place, provide all hoses and connectors, and ensure the units are working correctly. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the ovens meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
Some key points to consider:
• The ovens must have a minimum capacity for 18'' x 26" full size sheet pans, or 12" x 20" x l" hotel pans.
• The manufacturer’s standard warranty shall include two (2)-year parts and labor warranty.
• The vendor must deliver the combi ovens within twenty-five (25) working days after receiving a purchase order or notice to proceed.
• The contract term is for a one-time purchase and shall run from the issuance of the Award Document until all of the goods contracted for have been delivered, but in no event will this Contract extend for more than one fiscal year.
