WIC Fiscal Monitoring Services

The Hawaii Department of Health, Family Health Services Division, WIC Services Branch is seeking a qualified contractor to perform fiscal monitoring services for WIC contracted providers. The scope of work includes conducting fiscal monitoring reviews, documenting record keeping requirements, and providing a fiscal summary monitoring report for each contracted provider. The contractor will work remotely and will be required to upload documents to a secure SharePoint platform. The contract has an option to extend for an additional three months without an increase in contract price. • The contractor will conduct fiscal monitoring reviews of four contracted providers: Kalihi Palama Health Center, Lanai Community Health Center, Molokai Community Health Center, and Elepaio Social Services. • The contractor will provide a fiscal summary monitoring report for each contracted provider. • The contractor will work remotely and will be required to upload documents to a secure SharePoint platform. • The contract has an option to extend for an additional three months without an increase in contract price.
