Professional Services, Water Utilities Annual Engineering Services

The City of Newport News is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services related to management, planning, studies, evaluations, investigations, inspections, design, and construction for the City's Waterworks Department. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the City intends to establish term contracts with multiple qualified firms.
