Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the overhead doors at the Fayette Maintenance Building. The contractor shall remove the existing overhead doors, operators, and accessories, and install six new sectional overhead doors with approximate size of 12'-0" X 14'-0". The contractor is responsible for properly disposing of all removed items and providing a one-year warranty for parts and labor on all building materials and equipment.
• The contractor must be registered with the Secretary of State of the State of Missouri and maintain good standing.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide proof of OSHA 10 for all employees and a State or Federally approved photo ID.
• The contractor must schedule a mandatory site visit with Allen Wankum.
