Description
The Douglas County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Real Estate Services - Right-of-way Appraisal Services for the Bomar Road Improvements/Lee Road Extension Project. The selected consultant will provide appraisal services for the project, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The project involves the appraisal of properties for right-of-way acquisition, and the consultant must have experience in providing similar services. The bid must include all completed and signed exhibits, and the bidder must have the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the services.
