The Public Employees Retirement System (PERS) of Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide an e-signature solution to improve the agency's ability to utilize online notary abilities with e-sign tools. The solution should provide basic electronic signature (BES) and meet the attached functional requirements. The vendor will be required to provide training to PERS staff and annual support for the solution.
