Description
The West Georgia Airport Authority is seeking bids for the expansion of the apron area in the vicinity of the airport terminal. The project includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond and a 100% payment bond. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed.

• The bidder must have the necessary equipment to put on the project when notice is given to begin work.
• The bidder must make good faith efforts to subcontract 0.00% of the dollar value of the prime contract to small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
• The bidder must state affirmatively that the firm has registered with and is participating in a federal work authorization program.
• The bidder must comply with the Buy American Preferences, Foreign Trade Restriction, and other regulations.
