Description
The North Carolina Department of Administration is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified entities to manage, administer, and operate the North Carolina State Veterans Homes. The selected vendor will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to eligible residents, managing the daily operations of the facilities, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The contract term is for 3 years and 5 months, with the option to renew for up to 2 additional one-year terms. The vendor must have at least 5 years of experience in managing or operating a licensed skilled nursing facility and must be certified by a state regulatory authority and Medicare and Medicaid.
