The Governor Morehead School is seeking proposals to clean and sanitize the HVAC system’s/PTAC units, and the Duct Work to improve the indoor air quality (IAQ) and address any signs of visible mold. The scope of work includes cleaning and sanitizing units in various buildings, including Lineberry 1st and 2nd floors, Lineberry Auditorium, Cole Building, Fisher Building, Cooke Building, and Haywood Building. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the scope of work. The contract term is 90 days, and the contractor will be required to coordinate with the Contract Manager to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all HVAC, PTAC units, and Duct Work. • The contractor will be required to address any mold and visible signs of mold wherever it is observed. • The contractor will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the scope of work. • The contractor will be required to coordinate with the Contract Manager to ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the contract requirements. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed scope of work, including a list of all tasks and deliverables. • The contractor will be required to provide a project schedule, including milestones and deadlines.
