Description
The Regional Transit Authority seeks a qualified architect, engineer, or builder to provide advisory services for the Algiers Ferry Terminal renovation. The consultant will conduct a comprehensive design‑review of 100 % construction documents for the terminal and adjacent maintenance building, focusing on exterior building‑envelope systems (roofing, windows, flashing, waterproofing). In addition, the consultant must perform periodic on‑site inspections of envelope installations during construction and issue concise reports highlighting any deficiencies and corrective actions. This engagement is advisory only; the consultant will not be liable for the underlying design and will not provide formal certifications or warranties.
