Description
The West Virginia Office of Shared Administration (OSA) is soliciting bids for a one-time purchase of a utility vehicle with a snow blade for the William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital. The vehicle must meet specific requirements, including being a new 2025 or 2026 model, having a 3-cylinder diesel engine, and being 4-wheel-drive. The snow blade must also meet certain requirements, such as being compatible with the utility vehicle and having electric-over-hydraulic lift and angle control. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the required items at the lowest grand total cost.
• The utility vehicle must be a Kubota Utility Vehicle, model RTVX2C-PKLH-1 or equal.
• The snow blade must be a Kubota Snow Blade, model V5060 or equal.
• The vehicle and snow blade must be delivered to the William R. Sharpe, Jr. Hospital within 30 calendar days of receiving the purchase order.
• The vendor must provide a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing the contract.
• The contract includes provisions for payment, delivery, and return of unacceptable items.
