Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide ice and water dispensers for the Garner VA Outpatient Clinic. The contract requires the delivery and installation of six ice and water dispensers, as well as instructions and training for the end user. The contractor must also ensure adequate LAN/Internet, data, information, and system security in accordance with VA standard operating procedures and standard contract language, conditions laws, and regulations. The contract period is from 06-28-2026 to 02-28-2027.
• The ice and water dispensers must meet the physical, functional, and performance characteristics specified in the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide all management, tools, parts, materials, equipment, travel, and labor necessary to provide and install the equipment.
• The contractor must provide instructions and training to the end user.
• The contractor must ensure adequate security controls are in place to protect government data.
• The contractor must follow all applicable VA policies and procedures governing information security.
