Budget estimate

$100,000 – $250,000

No contract value is disclosed, but the effort involves a small‑business, five‑day field campaign with vessel, UAS, two skilled technicians, specialized tagging equipment, and data‑management deliverables. Comparable NOAA scientific‑service contracts of similar scope typically range from $100 k to $250 k depending on vessel charter rates, UAS operations, and labor costs. Therefore a reasonable estimate for the base period is $100‑150 k, with each optional year potentially adding another $50‑100 k, yielding an overall possible contract value between $100 k and $250 k.
