Hazardous Materials Abatement Services at Western Heights

The Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC) is seeking a well-qualified supplier to abate hazardous materials in twenty-six buildings at its property Western Heights. The scope of work includes the removal, handling, and disposal of asbestos-containing materials. The supplier will be required to provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies, as well as perform the work in accordance with national, state, and local codes and regulations. • The project consists of 26 buildings with 132 apartments. • The supplier must have experience in asbestos abatement and provide proof of licensing and insurance. • The supplier will be required to provide a site-specific safety plan and comply with all applicable OSHA standards. • The project is expected to be completed within 90 calendar days. • The supplier must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and supplies. • The supplier must comply with all applicable codes, ordinances, and regulations.
