26056 Fire Alarm System Testing and Repairs as Needed

The City of Gloucester is seeking sealed bids for Fire Alarm System Testing and Repair Services. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Labor and Materials (Payment) Bond in the amount of 50% of the bid price. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. Bids will be due and opened electronically on November 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. • The bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid. • The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that which is deemed in the best interest of the City. • Bid packages will be available on November 5, 2025, at BidNet Direct.
