BRIEF DESCRIPTION: RAM Data Systems, Inc. (RDS) is the developer and provider of the R:BASE database platform and the current vendor capable of performing upgrades, enhancements, and technical support for the Port Authority’s customized P2CMS application. Since 1998, P2CMS has been built, maintained, and modified exclusively by RDS using proprietary R:BASE architecture and coding that is not supported or replicated by any other vendor.
Given the system’s unique design, extensive customizations, and deep integration with OSPM’s contract, project, and property management workflows, no other firm possesses the technical expertise, proprietary access, or source-code knowledge required to upgrade the database to R:BASE 11, migrate it to the cloud, or maintain its long-term functionality.
