Description
The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners is seeking a contractor to paint the entire South Region Operations Center (SROC) complex. The project includes surface preparation, priming, and painting of the complex. The contractor must comply with the terms and conditions of Palm Beach County's Annual Contract - Painting & Weatherproofing. The project has a mandatory pre-bid meeting, and contractors must submit their bids by July 9, 2026, by 2:00 p.m.
• The project requires the contractor to furnish all materials, labor, supervision, permits, and supplies necessary for the project.
• The contractor must substantially complete the work within 210 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
• The contractor must comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and certify that they have not discriminated against any subcontractors, vendors, or suppliers.
• The contractor must provide a bid bond and a public construction bond if the bid is $200,000 or more.
• The contractor must comply with the County's Small Business Development Program and submit the required schedules and forms.
