RFP for Signage and Wayfinding Implementation

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is for Washington County to secure services for signage and wayfinding implementation at Cottage Grove Service Center and Forest Lake Service Center based off the Signage and Wayfinding Strategic Plan completed in 2025. The successful Consultant will have the ability to perform all the functions below, including site-specific implementation, signage system implementation, and digital integration. The Consultant must ensure consistency with County branding and standards and design for future adaptability and ease of updates. • The scope of services includes site-specific implementation, signage system implementation, and digital integration. • The Consultant must provide all costs associated with the proposed contract for services in a complete and understandable form. • The Consultant must have demonstrated qualifications and experience that proves the ability to perform the services and meet the requirements of this RFP. • The evaluation criteria for proposals include expressed understanding of the services and requirements, qualifications and experience, cost, and references.
