The Navajo Division of Transportation is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a complete office‑desk system for its facilities. The scope includes 21 L‑shaped standing desks, associated frames, power grommets, casters, cable management, monitor arms, ergonomic chairs, filing cabinets, lighting, privacy panels, and ancillary accessories—essentially a turnkey furniture solution that must be new 2025/2026 models and delivered FOB to the Navajo Nation Fleet Management location. Proposals must be submitted in hard‑copy form (one original plus three copies) by the specified deadline, and vendors must provide price validity for 60 days, a current W‑9, and at least five customer references.
• Supply and deliver a full suite of office‑desk furniture and accessories (≈200 individual items) to the Navajo Nation Fleet Management site.
• All equipment must be brand‑new, meet Greenguard‑Gold laminate specifications, and include required accessories (USB grommets, surge protectors, anti‑fatigue mats, etc.).
