43-Day Dry Cargo Time Charter

The Military Sealift Command Norfolk is seeking proposals for a 43-day dry cargo time charter to transport military cargo from Charleston, SC to Agila Port, Subic Bay, Philippines. The charter period is approximately 43 days, and the vessel must be capable of carrying a portion of 240,000 square feet of military cargo. The solicitation is open to U.S. or foreign flag, Roll-On/Roll-Off (RO/RO) vessels. • The vessel must have a minimum laden speed of 15 knots. • The packing list will be provided by MSC Contracting. • The charter period will commence on 04 February 2026 and cancel on 08 February 2026. • The offeror must submit a proposal that includes a ship name, price, and signature. • The Government contemplates award of up to two firm-fixed-price contracts.
