Q301--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - STAT and Esoteric Lab Testing Service, for the St. Cloud VA Health Care System.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price Service Contract to a single source, CentraCare Laboratories, for STAT and Esoteric lab testing services at the St. Cloud VA Health Care System. The contractor must be within a 10-mile radius of the medical center and provide lab testing on an as-needed basis, 24/7. The contractor must have the necessary licenses, permits, accreditation, and certifications to provide laboratory testing and consulting services. Interested vendors may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government. The contract period is from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Some key points to consider: • The contractor must have accreditation by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Joint Commission, CLIA, or equivalent. • The contractor must provide lab tests as listed in Attachment A. • The Government will consider responses received by the closing date of this notice. • The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
